Event: Sage Hill School Winter Formal, 2008 (Sponsored by Skyline Events and Gods & Heros)
Venue: Gods & Heros, Costa Mesa, CA
Audience: More than 300 students, faculty and friends
Objective: Celebration of the 100th Annual Winter Formal
Solution: Skyline Events converted the Gods & Heros Salon and Studio into a luxurious indoor/outdoor winter wonderland experience for the Junior and Senior class of Sage Hill School.
The evening began with a paparazzi-style, red carpet treatment. After strolling down the red carpet, students entered the event tent and were surprised by pool tables and arcade games provided by Spectrum Games and a one of a kind ice bar sculpted by Mark Daukas and tended by nationally recognized mixologist and flair bar tender Nick Elliot. A cascading chocolate fondue fountain with an assortment of treats completed the outdoor ambiance.
Inside the party, attendees found a huge custom dance floor area complemented by premium sound and lighting provided by Skyline Events. The dance floor was divided down the middle to make room for a catwalk. RZST clothing produced an extraordinary fashion show during the evening to showcase their Spring clothing line.
Results: The high-energy event drew in more than 300 students – 100 more guests than expected – and showcased fashion, friends and fun.
